Band Guarantee Eligibility
To be eligible for the Band Guarantee, you must:
- Complete at least 80% of your prescribed study plan
- Log minimum 50 hours of active practice
- Attempt at least 4 full mock tests
- Maintain account in good standing (no fraud, no sharing)
If criteria are met and target band is not achieved, you receive an extended subscription at no cost. See Terms for full details.
Human Review Details
Premium plan includes 4 monthly reviews:
- Full rubric-scored assessment by certified teachers
- Personalized feedback notes with actionable steps
- Score confirmation or override of AI assessment
- Priority queue for faster turnaround (<24h)
