Band guarantee

To be eligible for the band guarantee, you need to have done the work.

Complete at least 80% of your prescribed study plan
Log minimum 50 hours of active practice
Attempt at least 4 full mock tests
Maintain account in good standing (no fraud, no sharing)

What's included in the free trial?

The free trial (7 days) includes: placement diagnostic, starter study plan, limited practice library access, 1 mock sampler across all sections, and basic speaking/writing feedback.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time and the difference will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does the Band Guarantee work?

If you don't achieve your target band after completing your prescribed study plan and meeting minimum practice hours, you're eligible for an extended subscription. Foundation covers Band 7; Smart Money and Powerhouse cover Band 8. Full eligibility criteria in Terms.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Some regions may have additional payment options.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your progress and data are retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can request a data export or deletion at any time.
