What the service is
Wordrig provides AI-assisted IELTS preparation: practice tests, writing and speaking feedback, study plans and the related educational content.
Recording consent
By enrolling you consent to the recording of your speaking and writing activity. This consent is mandatory and cannot be revoked while a subscription is active, because the recordings are what the grading runs on.
- Recordings are retained by Wordrig for at least 24 months
- You cannot delete your own recordings
- Recordings may be reviewed by AI systems and by human teachers
- Recordings are used for grading, quality assurance and service improvement
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and you agree to tell us straight away if your account is used without your permission.
Band guarantee
The band guarantee is subject to eligibility: completing at least 80% of your prescribed study plan, logging the minimum practice hours, and keeping your account in good standing. The pricing page carries the full criteria.
Payment and refunds
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. Refund requests must reach us within 30 days of purchase. After that, refunds are at our discretion. The refunds policy has the detail.
Intellectual property
The content, features and functionality of the service are owned by Wordrig and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law.
