Thirty days, no questions asked. What qualifies after that, what does not, and how to ask.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Wordrig is not working for you within 30 days of purchase, we refund you in full and we do not ask why.
Eligible
- Allowed: A first purchase, within 30 days
- Allowed: Technical problems that stopped you using the service
- Allowed: An accidental duplicate purchase
- Allowed: A billing error on our side
Not eligible
- Not allowed: A request made more than 30 days after purchase
- Not allowed: An account terminated for a breach of the terms
- Not allowed: A second refund for the same service
- Not allowed: Part refunds for unused time after 30 days
How to ask
Write to refunds@wordrig.com with your account email and the date of purchase.
- We process the request within 3 to 5 business days
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
- Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days
Lifetime plans
Lifetime plans carry the same 30-day guarantee. After 30 days they are non-refundable, because they grant access that does not expire.
Cancelling
You can cancel from Settings at any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period you have paid for. There is no part refund for cancelling after 30 days.
